Some documentation is always a good idea - however, I had zero problems using it and I think the interface is very intuitive and within a short time one has figured out everything. Great program, but seems to have a bit of a problem with large concurrent downloads of multiple big folders. That said, I like it a lot, but it will have to prove whether it is a serious contender, not just in terms of design and usability, but also technically. So, if anything can point me to a serious review and comparison that explores the limits of each (Flow, Transmit, Captain and the like) please let me know. Thanks.

If that's the case, I'm sorry I couldn't provide that information for you.

Have you contacted Brian at ExtendedMac and let him know this serious shortcoming?

Perhaps it's because Flow lacks even rudimentary documentation on how to get started. Every (and I'll bet every) purchaser of that bundle is out here wondering how in hell to get the damned thing to work. How 'bout just a little fucking hint?
