For those that might not have noticed yet, I finally put on most of the finishing touches to the site this evening and decided to release it into the wild.

I’m sure there will be some bugs in my code, as I spent some time working through PHP for the first time, but hopefully it will work itself out okay and there won’t be any major problems. That being said, if anyone finds anything repulsive or any weird oddities, please drop me a line or post a comment for this post. I already see a couple things that I’ll be working on over the next few days, but a few more sets of eyes never hurt.

Just of note, this theme was created almost entirely from scratch. I used the javascript I had left over from the previous one for the changing images as well as reused most of the template layout code. I also slightly modified the CSS styling for the comments. After that, everything was started from a clean slate. That might not seem like a lot to someone, but starting with nothing and coming from the ground up was a major accomplishment. The site is inspired by the Pro pages from Apple too, for the curious. A lot of the grey combinations came from there. I however love the green I added.
