I’ve downloaded a lot of music from the iTMS in the past couple years and never had any quality issues before. However, I fell in love with a new band while on vacation this past week and couldn’t wait to get back to my Macbook and grab their album.

All the songs were fine, except for one that was horribly encoded with tons of skips. It was a bad experience. What made it all worse was the hassle of trying to find out how to contact Apple about the issue. It took me awhile, but you can use the link below to submit a form with the track if you have had any similar issues with a song from the iTMS.

The band mentioned above, that has an incredible sound, is “Falling Up”. Rest assured that you will hear some of their songs in future podcasts.
