eMac Drive Replacement

 

I was really motivated this last weekend and took it upon myself to replace the dead combo drive that was in my brother’s eMac. So, for everyone’s viewing enjoyment, I posted pictures of the 1.5 hour ordeal. I have to say that the machine is an engineering marvel! Click here for pictures.

Tearing Apart a Harddrive

 

I got bored at work today and decided to tear part a failed hard drive just to see what and all it looked like on the inside. I must say, it was pretty cool. Check out some pictures here.

Video # 10 — Tiger Intro Video This might not be a truly groundbreaking video, but it’s always nice to view the Tiger Into video. I watch this and sit back in awe….the Windows XP welcome music sounds so lame compared to this. Makes me proud to use a Mac.
